The Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) has, in two separate judgments, approved settlements between Mark McLaren, the Class Representative and three of the five defendant groups in the Car Delivery Charges legal action. These settlements totalling £38.75 million include:

• A settlement with CSAV of £1.5 million, which was approved on 6 December 2023;
• A settlement with K Line of £12.75 million which was approved on 6 December 2024; and
• A settlement with WWL/EUKOR of £24.5 million which was also approved on 6 December
